Reading From The Clipboard

One of the major features in Speak & Mail 2000 is clipboard reading which lets you read any text in any Windows application.

Speak & Mail 2000 can read the contents of the clipboard either on demand or automatically when it detects new contents. To copy text to the clipboard, select the text you want read by highlighting it and use any of the following methods:

	In the application you are in, go to the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'. Or
	Click the right mouse button on the highlighted text and a menu should appear with a 'Copy' selection.

Usually, both or one of the above methods should work. Once the text is copied, Speak & Mail 2000 can read the text by either clicking on the 'Clipboard' button in Speak & Mail 2000 main window.

Speak & Mail 2000 can also read whatever you copied automatically if the 'Enable automatic clipboard reading' checkbox is checked at the Settings tab. This allows Speak & Mail to always check the clipboard for new text and if you copy something new, Speak & Mail will read it automatically.
