Reading Text Files

Speak & Mail 2000 can read text files for you. Please note that Microsoft Word documents or Rich Text Format documents must be converted to text before reading them in Speak & Mail 2000.

To read a text file, from Speak & Mail main window, go to the 'File' menu and select 'Read Text File' and browse for the text file you want to read. You skip lines and pause while reading by using the 'Next' and 'Pause' buttons in Speak & Mail 2000 main window.
