Problems Concerning Unlocking
Q: I entered the registration key into the unlock
window, but the program is not accepting my code?
A: Are you sure you have the right program that matches your registration code?
If you purchased Speak, then you must Unlock Speak (and not Speak & Mail). Most people
purchase Speak and they get a code to unlock Speak, and then use that code to unlock Speak
& Mail instead.
Speak Lite Version starts with 1.0, Speak Version starts with
1.8 and Speak & Mail version starts with 1.9 and Speak & Mail 2000 version
starts with 2000.
To find out the version you have. Go to the About Menu, and
select "About Speak".
Q: I cannot find the Unlock command in the About menu.
A: You have an older version of Speak that doesn't have that command, download
the latest version from http://www.shadisoft.com/download.
